Electricity Authority Managing Director Kulman Ghising has denied allegations that he was trying to pocket a hefty sum by purchasing LED bulbs at a higher rate from an Indian company.
After the allegations went rife of late, Ghising organised a press conference in the Capital to clarify the deal and said the rumours were spread to assassinate his character.
