Vote counting in Bharatpur Metropolitan City has been put off after the cadres of CPN (Maoist Centre) tore the ballot papers on Sunday night. Police said that they have arrested two cadres of the Maoist Centre. Security has been tightened at the vote counting centre. The vote counting centre has been sealed following the incident, it has been learnt. Vote counting has become uncertain at a time when the counting has reached the last phase.
