The Naya Shakti Nepal (NSN) may disassociate itself from the broad left alliance due to a disagreement over the sharing of constituencies in the upcoming provincial and parliamentary elections. The left alliance announced earlier this month constitutes UML, CPN (Maoist Center) and Naya Shakti Nepal. NSN leaders said that their party coordinator Baburam Bhattarai has made his mind to quit the alliance if the UML and CPN (Maoist Center) refused to give a respectable status in the party.
