The name of the road is The Passage du Gois. The length of the road is 2.58 mile. The road connects the Gulf of Burnef with the island of Noirmoutier. However, the road appears to be an ordinary road but the road is extremely dangerous. The road in France can only be driven on for a few hours every day. The rest of the time, the road is 13 feet under the water.
Every year, the travelers are trapped when the tide comes in and when the water rapidly rises. There are also elevated rescue towers along the road for those people who are trapped in the road. The trapped people have to climb on the towers to save their life. They have to climb the towers until they are rescued or until the tide goes down. However, the vehicles cannot escape the tide.
