सबै पुरुस, महिलाले एक पटक पढ्नै पर्ने :मिन्स भएको कति दिन पछि बच्चा बस्छ ? जानी राखौ
पाठेघरमा बच्चा बस्न वा गर्भरहन थुप्रै कुराको तालमेल मिल्नुपर्छ। सन्तानको उत्पत्ति प्रमुख रूपमा पुरुषबाट निस्कने शुक्रकीट र स्त्रीमा विकसित भएका डिम्बको मिलनबाट हुन्छ। यौनसम्पर्कका बेला पुरुषको वीर्यस्लखलन हुँदा निस्किएका करोडौं शुक्रकीट मध्ये केही पाठेघरको मुख हुँदै पाठेघर र त्यसपछि डिम्बबाहिनी नलीसम्म पुग्छन्। त्यहाँ परिपक्व भएको डिम्ब -(अण्डा) सँग असंख्य शुक्रकीटमध्ये एकको मात्र मिलन हुन्छ। .यसरी मिलन हुने प्रक्रियालाई निषेचन भनिन्छ। यसरी शुक्रकीट र डिम्बको मिलन भएको कोषलाई युग्मज भनिन्छ र यही नै पछि विकसित भएर शिशु वा बच्चा बन्छ। . सामान्य रूपमा भन्नुपर्दा गर्भधारण हुनका लागि मुख्य रूपमा निम्न कुराहरू हुनुपर्छ ः १. डिम्ब निष्कासन, २. यौ नसम्पर्क, ३. वीर्य स्खलन, ४. डिम्ब निषेचन तथा ५. डिम्बरोपण। एउटा महत्त्वपूर्ण बुझ्नुपर्ने कुरा के भने डिम्ब निस्किएको यस्तै १४ दिनमा महिनावारी सुरु हुन्छ। यो पनि पढ्नुहोस भारतबाट नेपाल भित्रियो कपाल काटिदिने गिरोह,युवतीहरु त्रसित . यस्तै २८ दिनको महिनावारी भएको महिलाको १४ औं दिनतिर डिम्ब निस्कने भएकाले यस समयमा सम्भोग गर्दा गर्भ रहने अर्थात् बच्चा बस्ने सम्भावना एकदमै धेरै हुन्छ। . डिम्ब निस्किएको २४ देखि ४८ घण्टासम्म बाँच्छ भने महिलाको प्रजनन अङ्गभित्र शुक्रकीटहरू ७२ घण्टा वा त्योभन्दा केही बढी नै बाच्न सक्छन्। त्यसैले डिम्ब निस्कनु केही अघिको र केही दिनपछिको समयलाई गर्भधारणको दृष्टिकोणले असुरक्षित काल मानिन्छ

यस्तो किन हुन्छ त्यसैले आज थोरै लेख्दै छु मन परे शेयर वा कपी गरेर पेज मा बा वाल मा लेखि दिनु होला।।जब एउटा प्रदेशी मिठो सपना बोकेर प्रदेश पसेको हुन्छ।आफ्नो प्राण भन्दा प्यारी प्रेमीका वा श्रीमती साथ मा बा-आमा र छोरा छोरीलाई छोडेर प्रदेशको भुमीमा आफ्नो पसिना र रगत संग लड्दै भविष्यको मिठो कल्पना गर्दै प्रदेशी दिनहरु बिताउँछन । रात दिन त्यहि आफ्नो प्रेमीका वा प्राण भन्दा प्यारी श्रीमती संग बिताएका पलहरु कल्पना गरी पर्देशी भुमीमा आफ्ना दु:ख सबै भुलि दिन्छन।प्रदेशीले हरेक दिन आफ्नो पसिना रगत संग लुकामारी गरी पैसा कमाउँछन । बिचरा प्रदेशी मन मा चाहाँना हुदाहुदै पनि भविश्य सोची एक पैसा खर्च नगरी कमाएको हुन्छ तर आज कल कस्तो जमाना खै कसरी भनु म संसार नै स्वार्थी र जाली भए पछि।त्यसैले आज चिच्याई चिच्याई भन्न मन लागेको छ मलाई। प्रेदेशीको पनि एउटा चाहाँना हुन्छ सपना हुन्छ । यो पनि पढ्नुहोस विदेशमा नेपाली दाजुभाइको सहयोग पाइएला भनेको त उल्टै ‘लभ’ पो गरौं भन्छन्’ ! उसको पनि एउटा छुट्टै संसार बनाउँने सपना हुन्छ।तर सपना सपना मै सिमित रहन्छ केवल प्रेमीका वा श्रीमतीहरुले गर्दा। हे भगवान किन सोच्दैनन प्रदेश मा पसिना र रगत संग खेल्दै पैसा कमाउँनु भएको छ।किन सोच्दैनन प्रदेशी जिन्दगी संग खेलवाड गर्दा उसको मन दुख्ला भनेर ? कति धेरै सपना बुनेको हुन्छ धेरै पैसा कमाएर राम्रो संग बसुला भनेर तर सोचेको भन्दा ठिक उल्टो भई दिन्छ बिचरा प्रदेशी दु:ख गरेर कमाएको पैसा उता घर मा अर्कै संग मोज मस्ती गरेर अर्कै संग पोईला जान्छन त्यो पल कसरी सहन सकेको होला त्यो पर्देशीले किन सोच्दैन किन ?मन भरी संगालेका मिठा सपनाहरु भताभंग पारेर जिउँदो लाश सरी फेरी आफ्नै जन्म भुमी ठाउँ र बा-आमा र छोरा छोरी सम्झेर घर फर्केको हुन्छ। मैले पनि आज मेरी उनीलाई भन्दैछु मेरो जिन्दगी तिम्रै हात मा चाँहे बगार चाँहे सपार तिम्रो जिम्मा।

One of the Kathmandu Ring Road Improvement Projects in the Capital is to revamp Kalanki—a busiest junction in Kathmandu—with the construction of the country’s first under-pass road. The construction of the four-lane 800 metre long underground road has already begun and was expected to complete in two years when the project was first launched in December 2016. A tunnel for the underpass is being dug presently. Because of the ongoing construction, Kalanki has become one of the most polluted areas in the Capital. People passing through this junction and the local residents are hit hard not only by the dust pollution but also due to the traffic congestion.

He has landed in Beijing where Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping has a lavish reception planned for him.
His arrival came just hours after his speech in the South Korean capital Seoul, in which he described North Korea as “a hell that no person deserves”.
North Korea’s nuclear weapons programme has sparked international alarm, with Pyongyang carrying out its biggest nuclear test yet in September. In typically stark language, Mr Trump warned the North: “Do not underestimate us. Do not try us.”
But there were hints though he might be open to a deal, telling the North “we will offer you a path for a better future”.
Singling out Russia and China, he urged “all responsible nations” to isolate the North, and fully implement UN sanctions, downgrade diplomatic ties and sever trade and technology ties.
“You cannot support, you cannot supply, you cannot accept,” he said.
China is North Korea’s only major ally, but says it is committed to the UN sanctions and argues its leverage is overestimated.

‘क्षेप्यास्त्रले बस्तीलाई निशाना बनाएको थियो । त्यसलाई साउदीले प्याट्रियट क्षेप्यास्त्रले आकाशमै ध्वस्त पारिदिएको थियो । क्षेप्यास्त्रको अवशेष मानिसहरू नभएको ठाउँमा खस्यो । त्यसैले कुनै हताहती भएन ।’
हूतीको अल–मसीरा च्यानलका अनुसार, क्षेप्यास्त्र रियादभन्दा १२ सय किलोमिटर परबाट प्रहार गरिएको थियो ।
गत जुलाई महिनामा पनि यमनले साउदीमाथि क्षेप्यास्त्र प्रहार गरेको थियो र त्यसलाई मक्कानजिक ध्वस्त पारिएको थियो ।
यमनमा विद्रोहीहरूलाई दमन गर्नका लागि साउदीले सहयोग गरेपछि विद्रोहीहरूले साउदीमाथि हमला गरिरहेका छन् ।
यमनको युद्धमा अहिलेसम्म आठ हजारभन्दा बढीले ज्यान गुमाइसकेका छन् ।
